All commissions are digital works that can't and won't be shipped. Art pieces will be sent through E-MAIL ONLY to preserve image quality. Client shall receive the finished .png, a version of the .png with a watermark, and a copy of the .clip file (upon request).

Finished works will be posted to artist's social media sites unless requested otherwise. Client will be asked whether they'd like to be tagged in their posted commission.

Artist will not offer NSFW/18+ art commissions to those without their ages listed. I do not accept NSFW/18+ requests from minors. Should I find out you are underage when working with me, your commission will be dropped without issuing a refund, and you will be blacklisted from all future commissions.

Artist reserves the right to refuse a commission request for any personal reasons. Rude behavior will not be tolerated and will result in commissions being dropped and the commissioner blacklisted from future commissions.

Artist reserves the right to use commissioned work for promotional purposes (ex. portfolios, commission examples, etc.) unless client requests otherwise prior to closing of commission.

Commissions are not held to a hard deadline. If you need the piece sooner, please communicate that in the initial request ahead of time.

Payments will be done through PayPal Invoices only in USD. The client will provide the connected email in their initial commission request.

Payment will be received upon completion of and client approval of initial sketch. Once the commissioner has approved the initial sketch, they will receive a PayPal Invoice where they can pay the full fee up front.

In the event the artist decides she cannot complete the commission in an acceptable time, or cannot deliver the quality originally promised, she will issue the commissioner a partial or complete refund.

Pieces that surpass the line art stage are subject to partial refunds, and pieces that do not pass the line art stage are subject to complete refunds. Refunds will not be issued otherwise, so please take this consideration in mind before deciding to work with me, as I do not have the capacity to refund otherwise.

Client will request a commission using the provided Fill-Out Form that can be sent to the artist's DMs or E-Mail. After receiving the form, the artist will contact the client to confirm the commission and then will work on the initial sketch. Once the sketch has been finished, it will be shown to the client for approval and last minute changes if needed. The client will then be sent the Paypal Invoice, and work will begin on the commission once it has been fully paid for.

Watermarked WIP pics will be given if the artist needs to confirm details or progress with the commissioner. Otherwise, WIPs will be given only if the commissioner requests it.

Commissions will not go longer than 6 months without progress being made, otherwise the client reserves the right to request a complete refund.

Artist is willing to provide revisions and minor edits if needed, but will begin to charge for revisions after 3 minor changes or 1 major change.

All commissions default to personal use only! Failure to disclose the intention for monetary gain goes against my terms of service and will result in the commissioner being blacklisted from future commissions. Artwork is not to be used for commercial usage.

Reproduction/redistribution of any sort for the purposes of making NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or any cryptocurrency-related practice is strictly prohibited. Use of my art for AI (Artificial Intelligence) network training is strictly prohibited.

Artwork and files can be edited for personal use, such as social media icons, but I ask that the files only be used for simple editing purposes to retain the original artwork.

Turning commissioned artwork into personal merchandise (not to sell) is okay, but I remind you again it is not to be used for commercial purposes.

The commissioner can use the commissioned artwork for social media profile pictures or post their commissioned illustration from me online, given that I'm credited properly. You are not allowed to claim my artworks as your own in any circumstances without my consent.
